My name is Clifford. This is where my thoughts find a voice.
Nearly three years has passed since I began my journey into the world of Real Estate Investing. If I had to sum up my experiences in just a phrase, they would be “Some days you win, some days you need a drink.”

I’m still learning what it means to be an investor. Admittedly three years ago, I knew next to nothing. Since then my knowledge and financial intelligence have increased via OJT.
In this forum all my experiences are shared, good and bad.
The main thrust of this site is real estate. No denying. But life is more than the pursuit of money. My tastes are varied therefore my entries here will be varied.
My view of real estate: it is a means to an end. Writing full time, spending a great deal of time in France, traveling the world, eating more food are activities I aspire to do.
My goal: do great things.
For me: enjoy cooking, maybe harbor some fantasies about being a chef. My heart has a large “Francophone” sticker on it. Travelled there a few times. Speak the language quite well. Chateauneuf du Pape is my favorite wine. Then again, I enjoy all wine. Even the bubbly champagne. Nothing completes these enjoyable activities without having great conversations in which to share them.
