		<description>@Paty: Motivators based on primal urges, like fear or sex, are powerful.  That&#039;s why marketers play on our emotions.  Like Revlon markets hope for their make-up products.

In my story about getting my degree, my motivation to start was profit but it was fear that got me through the entire process.  Something I certainly didn&#039;t see in Stephen Covey&#039;s books.  Maybe it&#039;s the 8th Habit . . .  his book I didn&#039;t read.  :)

We only have to look at the Taj Mahal to see the most powerful motivator in action.</description>

Now the trick is to figure out how to incorporate these into goal setting. LOL!  &quot;Let&#039;s see... if I don&#039;t finish painting the room by next week, I&#039;ll burn myself with a hot iron...&quot; Not exactly your &quot;7 habits&quot;... :)</description>
