Contest Rules : Chez Cliff: REI and Other Stuff

Here are the rules for the contest

Send an email to chocolatedeparis@gmail.com
The subject line of the email must contain the word mentioned in the video.
Contest ends January 8, 2008 at midnight PST
Only one winner will be selected.
The winner of the box of chocolates will be selected at random (using a random number generator site)
The winner will receive an email from me, asking for their mailing address. Since this is a package, your address will have allow delivery of packages.
The winner has 24 hours to respond to the email. If 24 hours have elapsed and the winner has not responded, a "runner up" will be contacted.
Each person can only enter once.

It’s that simple.

Some questions:

Is it just chocolate? No. The box is mixed with all kinds of goodies, chocolate being one item. There are nuts, nugget, truffles (I think) . . . Photo

What will you do with my email address? I’m not interested in generating "email lists" nor do I want to sell your information to one.
Do I need to send my mailing address? No. An email will be sent to the winner asking for their mailing address.
Why does the winner only have 24 hours to respond? We have to be realistic. My email very well could wind up in someone’s spam box. I won’t let this beautiful box of chocolate go to waste while I send one person emails for the next ten years.
How does a randon number pick the winner from their email address? All the emails will be placed into a spreadsheet. Each row number becomes their "number". The generator website will then give me a number which will correspond with the winners "number" and email.
Why are you doing this? Shucks, I’m just that kind of guy.
