   Are the tenants running amok while you’re away? Who did you sweet-talk into fielding calls? Hope you had a wonderful New Year’s! It sounds like you did!

   Trisha, yes the tenants are running amok! I made arrangements with my Real Estate Agent to field “emergency” phone calls. Everything else, they email me.

   NYE was definitely a experience!

   Not only do they take chocolate to a whole new level but the colorful boxes they use really make it…oh nevermind!
