Increasing Property Value

The appraiser is coming soon. Without sounding redundant, the property is being reappraised.
Unlike last time, there is no way all of the work to make the houses look perfect will be done. I asked the RealEstate Agent what is the bare bones minimum.
"For their report, Appraisers take photos of the front and back of the houses" he stated.

Everything is slowly getting arranged.
I need a vacation.

Yeah, don’t sweat the furniture arrangement for the appraisal. It’ll go fine. But, I agree that you do need a vacation!
