Some questions did arrive. And here are the responses.
Moom: I’d be interested in an overall balance sheet. Can be in percent terms of total net worth rather than dollars.
Clifford: I’ve been working on something to put out there. Apple’s "Numbers" program is pretty slick!
Engineer: 1. Can you please tell us when the next Marshall Reddick seminar is scheduled? I would hate to miss out.
Clifford: For those of you who don’t know, last year I wrote an article on the Marshall Reddick seminars. More posts were planned but I never made it back for another one. Since then, people have googled Marshall Reddick Seminars and found this blog. Over the past year, people have left comments claiming this was a scam; people were going bankrupt; Marshall Reddick cures cancer, etc After a period of time, people started commenting about lawsuits. Before you know it, someone filed a class action lawsuit against Marshall Reddick. Let the chips fall where they may.
If you ask Lord Google, Marshall Reddick Seminars has my site listed at number three.
But if you ask "Marshall Reddick Lawsuit" my site is number one.
Engineer: 2. What’s this I hear about Pelosi and the tax-happy crowd proposing a tax on independent property owners? Any truth to that?
Clifford: There is no doubt in my mind that taxes are going to increase or new ones shall be created. About this particular tax, I have no idea. I’m on a "low information diet" right now.
Engineer: 3. Isn’t Ikea Danish?
Clifford: It started out Swedish but was then bought out by a Danish company. Please don’t ask me why I know that.
Engineer: 4. It’s been more than a week since I’ve read a post on the financial aspects of the houses or the progress towards renting them out. Why was I here, again 
Clifford: For the free donuts? The budget will be over but not but the large amount such as the front house. I’ll know more once I get the kitchen cabinets taken care of. For finding tenants Ben’s suggestion has got my attention . . . .
Engineer: 5. How about producing another video? You made those great ones a year ago.
Clifford: High praise from the Engineer? I’m honored! So you didn’t like the Popcorn video? Actually I have another idea for another food video. More instructional.
Each one of these videos takes around 30 to 40 hours to do. No complaints on my part considering I love to do them. I always get a positive response so why not do more?

30 to 40 hours to do each video???? Yikes! Don’t be expecting one from me anytime, EVER! LOL!
Aw Trisha, don’t be such a fraidy cat. My videos take that long because I’m a perfectionist. We all do things to feed those creative juices, coursing through our veins.
