Little Old Lady

The seller finally responded to the grand mystery encircling the Heater and AC "non-installation" installation.
The seller is a little old lady from Pasadena. Doesn’t that just roll off the tongue?
It seems Jailbird (aka the former tenant who went to jail) wanted the central AC and Heat. The installation would occur for a break in the rent. The Little Old Lady from Pasadena agreed.
My suspicions remain that JailBird used the AC and Heat installation as a rouse for doing the duct work in the ceiling. This would be necessary to vent his "agricultural" business. After all the odor from the "agriculture" has to go somewhere.

OMG! That’s GREAT!! Like I’ve said before…I don’t think ANY of us (landlords) could make this stuff up even if we tried.

“Life is stranger than fiction.” - In full admission, I would have never envisioned these events transpiring in my life. But I intend to either (1) take full advantage of them or (2) laugh at them. Decidedly this falls towards the latter.
