This still cracks me up.

It never ceases to amaze me how things have a way of working out.

My plumbing is completely blocked.  Nothing has changed.  Yesterday, the plumber installed a clean-out.  This was necessary in order to send a camera down into the pipes to find out where the clog/break is.  Hopefully, that takes place today.

As I’m chatting with the plumber, the cost of all this is going to run me up to $3,000.  At first, I choked on this.  Most of the money I had taken out under the HELOC is gone.  What money is left has already been spent on the last few remaining projects.  The question I asked myself was simple.  "Where the heck am I going to find $3,000?"

Well, the answer came 5 minutes later.

Where I work, the company is issuing all the employees shares of stock.  And the stock price is doing quite well.  After taxes and fees are taken out, my stock will be valued at (you guessed it!) $3,000.  The stock will be issued to me next week.

If you liked that post, then try these...

    Thats fortunate!

I found myself running low on funds so i sold one of my underperforming houses and pocketed a nice chunk of change. enough to let me buy 10k worth of gold, invest 10k in a new oil project and have enough left over for a few vacations!
