The real estate agent called tonight. The paperwork has been filed with the county and the houses are mine. Tomorrow he’s getting the keys and a copy of the leases from my tenants. And then we’re doing a final walk through. I’m stoked!
No word from my tenants about the rent increase. What they were paying previously, they were getting the house for a steal!
