One in the same
The seller is an old guy, wanting out of the rental business. He’s from the mid-west which means he’s all mine. I own this guy. I turned on my thick Michigan accent and start pulling out all the old colloquialisms.
He liked me.
I walked around the two houses. Wow, they are trashed. I can’t believe these people live like this. It’s just insane. There is so much crap in the yard. I did get to see the backyard. It is huge!! But it’s filled with crap as well as the other areas.
The inside of the front house is painted some hideous green color. There’s a brown color in one bedroom, which I’ll never understand.
The back house smells something fierce. There are, I think, four people living in that tiny two bedroom one bath house.
The houses are perfect.
