The Results are In

I spent the morning at the coffee shop, chatting with some friends Anne and Tony. I told them my plan and they wished me luck. It seems that they had a daughter who once lived in Long Beach. She loved it. I think I will too.
The hour of my appointment arrived and I found myself, standing outside Carolina’s office. Within minutes, we were in the car. He had decided that we would take a look at the condos I had selected. I’m glad we did.

Those places were horrible. Really bad locations. No one will pay the rent I need to ask to live in one of those places. My god!
The good news is he did take me to a set of condos that were brand new. Well, I say "new" in the sense that they are apartments going through a condo conversion. He took me to the top floor and showed me around. It was huge! Cathedral ceilings, large windows, balcony . . . I could almost see myself, wining and dining some beautiful woman out there . . . now that would be cool!
There are nine units. He told me that 7 had already been sold. Only this one and a bottom floor unit were available. I don’t want to be on the bottom floor.
I asked him if we could look at a few more. I really like this one though. This would be someplace to be proud of.
